Privacy Policy

Coop Portal is the member app of our partner cooperatives (CFCSMS Butuan Cooperative and ACEMC Butuan Cooperative). It is made and run by Wyred Innovation for those cooperatives. Your cooperative is responsible for your member records; Wyred Innovation processes them on the cooperative's behalf.

What the app shows

When you sign in, the app loads your records from your cooperative's server: your name and email, your loans and payment schedules, your payments, any late penalties, and — if you are an investor member — your share capital and dividends. Coop administrators also see the member lists and loan records of their own cooperative.

What the app keeps on your phone

The cooperative you picked and your appearance setting (light/dark).
Your sign-in token, stored in the phone's secure keychain, and the last email you used to sign in.
A copy of your profile so the app opens quickly. Signing out removes the token and that copy.

What we do not do

No advertising, no ad tracking and no selling of data.
No analytics or third-party tracking SDKs in the app.
No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.

Where your data is stored

Your records stay on your cooperative's own server (for example api.cfcsmsbutuancoop.com or api.acemcbutuancoop.com) and travel over encrypted HTTPS. They are shared only with your cooperative's authorized staff and with Wyred Innovation for running the system, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask your cooperative to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can delete your app account yourself in Profile › Delete account: your sign-in is removed after 30 days (signing in again before then cancels it). Loan, payment and capital records are kept by the cooperative as required for its books.
